Timaru District Council

The extension provided for a significant open plan administrative space enclosed in a modern façade to the rear of the building. While the council buildings original Edwardian façade of Oamaru stone and art deco clocktower were both strengthened and its heritage and character preserved during the course of our renovations. The interiors featured extending the use of Oamaru stone to clad the lift shaft along with Timaru bluestone at the main entrance.
