Designed by Totem Studio Architects in the mid 90’s the house was beautifully located and orientated to provide spectacular views, with outdoor and indoor seating areas to follow the sun from east side to west throughout the day.
Like many hillside homes of Christchurch is suffered in the earthquakes of 2010 & 2011, and the current owners sought out Totem Studio Architects to bring the home back to new.

Client and architect have worked together ever since, engaging in a number of modernisations and improvements, That means today this house is New... Again and then some.
