Nurse Maude

Totem Studio (then Trengrove Architects) were engaged by Nurse Maude to design this world- class care home fulfilling our clients brief of providing a centre of excellence in clinical care and a vibrant residential community of individuals. The new development replaced an existing, smaller facility which was damaged during the Christchurch Earthquakes.

Across the two floors the building houses 75 residents and provides round the clock residential nursing care in a relaxed environment with private ensuite rooms, shared lounge and dining spaces and landscaped outdoor areas.
