Tim Devine

Tim is an NZRAB registered architect who has over many years been designed and delivered a vast array of different building typologies for his clients. Be it commercial, public or residential; stand alone, multi-unit or private renovations, always striving to provide a personalised bespoke approach for every project. Tim has a wealth of experience to bring with him, having worked for some of the country’s leading practices on a number of award winning projects, as well taking on the role of ‘In house’ Architect for one of New Zealand’s most successful design/build housing developers and most recently establishing and running a thriving Architectural Practice of his own before joining our team. Tim comes on board as our Senior Associate further strengthening the depth and breadth of knowledge and leadership within the practice. Our practice is delighted to have the input & inspiration he provides for our practice and our clients.

Lachlan Munro

Lachlan has a wide range of project experience, ranging from to substantial public recreation facilities, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and commercial projects to highly efficient residential design.
Leading multi-disciplinary design teams on multi-million-dollar projects has truly refined Lachlan's leadership and communication skills. Lachlan has earned a reputation as an architect who attentively listens to his clients, understands their objectives and aspirations, and leads the documentation and design team in a thoughtful, strategic, and creative manner. Lachlan thrives when collaborating closely with clients and where he can utilize his design and technical skills on projects that benefit the wider community.

Gareth Hammond

Gareth Hammond has been with the practice for over 20 years’ and in that time has amassed a large amount of experience in the delivery of both large and small scale residential developments. Gareth is the practices lead technician. In this role he provides quality assurance review and oversight on every project in the office, ensuring our deliverables to stake holders, consultants and contractors are clear concise and to the most current building standards. His range of work, from 100 million dollar health care developments, to private homes and renovations - allows him to maintain a high level of technical detailing and documentation at all scales and budgets.
